    Full service events: 

    We will arrive typically 45-60 minutes prior to service for buffet set up. 

    Typical one hour food service time. Staff is onsite to ensure buffet stays tidy and full as needed.

    Our staff will package up any leftovers for you upon closing the buffet. 

    Clean up of our area and leave. 


    Drop off & set up events: 

    We will arrive typically 15-30 minutes prior to service for set up. 

    We can set out the food and then leave.
