While this is a buffet, it is NOT an All You Can Eat. We can recommend portion control (for drop off/set up), or staff can serve the meat on the full service events.

FULL SERVICE:
*For finalized guest counts of 85 or more.
- We will arrive typically 45-60 minutes prior to service for buffet set up.
- Typical one hour food service time. Staff is onsite to ensure buffet stays tidy and full as needed.
- Our staff will package up any leftovers for you upon closing the buffet.
- Cleanup of our area and leave.

DELIVERY:
- We will arrive typically 15-30 minutes prior to service for set up.
- Set your food out in designated area.
- We will review your order with host.

PICKUP:
- Place your order and pick up in our store- front counter.
