Why Our BBQ Sauce?
Our family’s barbecue sauce is rooted in a special recipe passed down through generations. Charlie Brank, passionate about all things barbecue, honed this sauce over years of cooking and fine-tuning. In 1995, he opened Branks BBQ with the help of his wife and children. Now, 30 years later, our sauce has become one of the staples of our family business. It’s bottled and shared locally here in the Pacific Northwest.
Made with a tomato base, our sauce blends brown sugar, liquid smoke, garlic, onion, chili powder, and other spices. The result is a perfect balance of smoky, sweet, and tangy flavors, with a subtle kick. It is versatile enough to be used as a dip, marinade or glaze to enhance any dish.
While there are many barbecue sauces on the market, you won't find another sauce crafted with as much love as ours.
