Branks BBQ is a locally owned and family operated real, honest-to-goodness, southern style BBQ restaurant in Sumner, Washington since 1995. We use a dry rub before the meat is smoked in Ole Hickory Pit smokers with wild cherry or apple wood. Our BBQ meats include Beef Brisket, Baby Back Ribs, St Louis style Ribs, Chicken, Pulled Pork and Pork Loin.
